Senior Care Directors Lisa and Cathy
Cathy is our Senior Care Director. She has provided care to seniors for many years. She began by caring for her own grandmother and other relatives. She earned her CNA and worked in Alzheimer’s facilities, nursing homes and most recently provided home care to various seniors. Cathy is married with 4 children and 2 granddaughters, and is a member of St Anthony's Catholic Church in Tigard.

Jenna has been with Gentog since November 2009. She has experience working in a Long Term Care Facility. Jenna has considered a career in nursing, and her care of our Seniors is proof that she has the right skills for that! Many of our ladies have beautiful weekly manicures, thanks to Jenna's kind attention. Jenna lives with her husband of 1 year.
Bettie came to Gentog early this summer. She is a PCC student hoping to someday attend medical school. Bettie cared for her own grandfather as a young teenager, and has such a gentle spirit. Our seniors adore her!
Maxwell joined the Gentog family this summer. His calm, laid-back attitude and quiet sense of humor endeared him to our seniors immediately. Max is a natural working with people with dementia, and we are blessed to have him on our team.
Maria also joined our family this summer. Maria has a variety of experience, including being an owner of a bakery with her husband (something that occasionally benefits our taste buds!) Maria is a mom, and even a great-grandma (you won't believe that last accomplishment when you meet her). She lives with her husband and cares for her mother.
Jennifer, Jessica & Dennis all work part-time for us. Jennifer splits her days between our Senior Care department and our Infant Room (how about that for taking care of the book-end generations!?). Jessica is a lovely young lady who recently moved from Chicago to live with her grandma and is hoping to pursue a nursing career. Dennis is a Western Oregon University student who drives up the freeway twice a week to help us out. We're blessed to have all of them!
Jan recently joined our staff to provide nursing services. She is an RN who spends 4 hours here on Mondays and Wednesdays to help with our Senior Program.
