Child Care Experts Beth and Elaine

Elaine is our Co-Director for Child Care, and spends her days with our Infants.  She is from North Dakota, where she earned her BA in education and taught both 1st and 4th grades. Elaine has spent many years in child care programs for various organizations as well as private care. In addition to caring for children, Elaine was the caregiver for her mother for several years. Elaine's faith comes from her grandmother's Nazarene Church.   

Beth is our Bears' (2 year olds) teacher.  She has more than 11 years of child care services experience, including home care, care for children with special needs, and Christian based childcare. Beth is a medical foster/adopting parent. Beth and her children are members of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Beaverton.  

Pam is our Tigers' (3 year olds) teacher.  Pam has a gentle spirit and loves bringing the love of God to our little ones.  She is married, a mother of two and a Sunday School teacher. 

Alexia started with Gentog part-time while in High School.  She has since graduated, and is working towards making Early Childhood Education her career.  Our little ones adore her, and so do we!

Gracie joined us in 2011, and is a Teacher in the Infant class.  Gracie brings many years of experience in childcare.  She is a mother and a grandmother, and has a heart filled with love for our children.

Lindsey recently joined the Gentog family, and will be our Lions' (4 & 5 year olds) Teacher.  She has several years of experience in preschools, and as the mother of twins she knows how to juggle the needs of multiple children!  She looks forward to working with our Gentog family.
